JoAnna Battin

JoAnna Battin is the Director of Technical Services for SusQtech's SharePoint On-Call support division.  She manages a team of dedicated experts including developers, architects and consultants to provide superior technical support for SharePoint.  Prior to this position, JoAnna was a SharePoint project manager, managing the full life-cycle of SharePoint project implementations.  She is 15 year veteran within the association industry, and has managed a team for the IT help desk at APICS.  She maintains multiple certifications from Microsoft and other industry leading organizations including MCAD, MCP, Net+, and CIWA.
