John works with the UI Team at Google+ and he was formerly the Leader of the global User Experience practice at APCO Worldwide, a public affairs and strategic communications consultancy. John's background also includes more than six years of work specializing in user research, accessibility, information architecture and usability evaluation for clients such as Coca-Cola, eBay, Ford's Theatre, Dow Corning, and MasterCard. He's designed successful websites, intranets and applications across a variety of development platforms.
