    Rob Joy graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor's in Computer Science Engineering in 1991. He has spent his 18 year career in various roles associated with workflow and process management. In the early 90's he was a part owner of a Total Quality Managment software company. The company created software to manage TQM efforts. Rob spent 13 years consulting companies with their Document Imaging, Workflow, ECM (Electronic Content Management), Records Management and BPM (Business Process Management) efforts. Rob spent the last 4 years at K2 and currently works as the Federal Architect for K2, Microsoft's leading BPM software Partner.
